Recently finished a large remodel project (see the before and after of the kitchen below) with PRR. It involved a new kitchen, new flooring throughout the main floor of the house and a new guest bathroom. Frank and his team were very responsive and always on time. They were very good about correcting any mistakes and adapting to changes. The only criticism I would make is they didn’t cover anything with plastic so be sure to safeguard your furniture other valuables. Regardless, I would highly recommend the PRR team for your next project. When we remodel our master bathroom they are the only call I will make!

One of the best experiences I've had with this type of work! Had my kitchen redone. The tile is spot on, very clean work. I appreciated that at the end of each day the crew cleaned and organized the mess for the next days work. Very polite, organized and honest. I will be hiring again, when I need more work done. Premium Residential Remodeling did an amazing job for us, building out an entire media room above our garage (adding about 400 square feet to our floor plan), along with walling off part of our game room to cut down on our children’s noise. They also installed a few pocket doors in various rooms of our house. They got to work earlier than we had agreed, they showed up promptly and consistently, and were very respectful of the fact that our family (and dog) were living in the construction zone. Though it was a 2-month project, I didn’t consider PRR or their workers to be intrusive at any time. They even worked well with the air conditioning company we chose to work with. They did amazing work building out the media room and kitchenette, and my wife, children, and I are thrilled with the new space they made for us. Our project’s point of contact was Alfredo, and I found him to be professional, helpful, and extremely friendly. The few times we noticed any defect in craftsmanship, they were already working on fixing it before we notified them, and they made sure to take care of any and all issues we saw throughout the process. The end product is a beautiful, comfortable media room and game room, and we couldn’t be happier with their work. I recommend Frank and Jerry to anybody looking to do a major home renovation project. Great work, guys!

After much deliberation, my family decided to work with Premium Home Remodeling to update our upstairs bathroom. We were well taken care of every step of the way from the initial quote and choosing finishes to executing the job. The job was done within 2 weeks. We will absolutely be working with this company on future projects.

 Just wanted to throw this out there...cannot say enough wonderful things about Premium Residential Remodeling. Jerry Puente and his team are awesome. Finding the right contractor can be a grueling process, but these guys were great from start to finish. They returned calls, texts & emails promptly. They showed up when they said they would & called if they were running a few minutes late. I had the proposal when they said I would. They started the project in a timely manner....stayed on track the whole process even finishing a day or two early. We had one small hiccup in the process, but they helped us find a solution to it. They communicated wonderfully throughout the whole project and left us with a beautifully remodeled bathroom. I believe in word of mouth recommendations...and funny enough I found PRR from a recommendation from another IO neighbor who had used them on our neighborhood fb page. So just wanted to pay it forward and give them kudos for a job well done!!!!

 PPR just completed a kitchen remodel, banister update and several other odd jobs in our home. Jerry and Frank were fantastic to work with and their crews were truly the hardest working guys and gals I’ve met. Frank came on-site daily to check on progress; that is huge! If there was anything we weren’t completely happy with, it was fixed, no questions asked. Two weeks from our completion and if we find small things that weren’t initially evident, they’re still making things right. Would recommend to anyone! Will have them back to complete our master bath in the future without hesitation! Thank you!!

 The PRR team did a fantastic job remodeling my kitchen. They were very professional and efficient and reasonable. They were in and out quickly. They didn’t have any down time, but we’re very conscientious in getting us back to the full use of our kitchen. I would definitely recommend them.

 I rarely write reviews but I wanted to write one to talk about my great experience with Premium Residential Remodeling. Our early interactions with them I could tell that they cared about what they were doing and understood our goals for the remodel. At each stage of the remodel they did a fantastic job of communicating what that stage entailed. I've worked with many contractors in the past and this was the most pleasant experience.

Completely demolished and rebuilt master bathroom. Completed work in four days. Amazing!. Very professional. Courteous, friendly, answered all questions no matter how many times asked. Helped with the selection of materials used. Visited job site each day to see whether or not everything was going according to plan. On time each day. Worked a full day with breaks for lunch, never more than one hour. Promised we would be completely satisfied and we are. Would recommend this company in a heartbeat. We moved from Walden (Montgomery) to Walker County and a house in need of an overhaul. PRR came highly recommended from Walden residents, and although outside their service area, Frank and Medi and crew were accommodating to our remodel needs. Medi was able to itemize each work task and cost, allowing us to adjust to our budget needs and allowed us to handle some of the work we could perform ourselves, as well as install lighting, appliance, vanity and plumbing fixtures we provided. Their crews installed a new kitchen, master and guest bathrooms, new flooring and a beautiful outdoor kitchen and bar. The crews were polite and cleaned up after each workday with periodic progress checkpoints and payments. We would recommend PRR for your next remodel project.

Finding the perfect contractor is not easy.....but I have to say, these guys made it easy every step of the way. They returned calls promptly, called when they said they would, had quotes to me when promised, showed up when promised, stayed within my budget and were very professional. They remodeled a bathroom for my brother first. They did such a great job, that I ended up having them remodel my bathroom. I drew out a concept and they brought it to life better than I could have ever imagined it. We hit one little snafu during the bathroom buildout, but they quickly helped me come up with alternative solutions that were almost exactly to what I had originally wanted. They started the project when promised & finished when promised. I am already saving up for the next project (kitchen) for them to help me with. I cannot say enough good things about them and would definitely recommend!

We used PRR on a restoration project due to a major appliance leak that involved replacing hardwood flooring throughout our home and a complete kitchen remodel (cabinets, countertops, backsplash, lighting). PRR efficiently provided quality finishes on budget. PRR’s professional staff did a great job of Getting us thru a difficult process.

Franks crews came in and put tile floors throughout our house. Took the bath tub out and built a large shower in its place . In the other bathroom tore out the small shower and built a very nice large shower in its place. They built new bathroom cabinets in both bathrooms . They painted the house inside and out also they redid the lights in both bathrooms and the kitchen. They did a great job and were done in a timely manor
